Service Fees

Service fees cover preparation-support work such as CV review, document organization, profile guidance and applicant record support. Fees do not buy jobs, visas, sponsorships, work permits, approvals or tickets.

Before Payment

Applicants should receive clear service details and ask questions before agreeing to any paid support. Applicants should keep receipts and written confirmations.

Refund Review

Refund requests are reviewed based on the service agreement, work already completed and the reason for the request. If preparation work has already started or been delivered, a full refund may not be available.

No Result-Based Refund Promise

Because IWVS does not control employer or government decisions, refund decisions are not based on visa approval, job selection or sponsorship outcome.
